We fill our pies right to the top with a simple mix of blueberries, a squeeze of lemon juice to bring out the blueberry flavour some more, sugar and cornflour to thicken.
In fact there are 400g of blueberries in every pie!
Heat for 20 minutes in a medium oven (180C) and serve with cream, custard or ice cream!
